Order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the District Supply Officer, Ballia is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 4 placed before this Court an order dated 05.04.2025 passed by the District Supply Officer, Ballia, the same is taken on record. Copy of the same also provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. 7. It is made clear that in case the petitioner will file a fresh writ petition, he will serve the notice of the same upon Shri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 4.
