Commissioner, Zone-5, Ram Kishor Vyas Bhawan, Indra Circle, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Rambagh, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004 (Raj). ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Sharma, Adv. For Respondent(s) : -- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 07/10/2025 This misc. application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of time for submitting representation in compliance of order dated 06.08.2024. On 06.08.2024, while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioner was directed to submit fresh representation before [2025:RJ-JP:40752] (2 of 2) [WMAP-80/2025] respondent no.3 within fifteen days from the date of decision and upon filing such representation, the respondent no.3 was directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order with a period of two months. Till decision of the representation, it was directed that the plot in question shall not be allotted to any other person. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a layman and went outside Jaipur for earning his livelihood and therefore, could not submit representation in the given time period. He prays that in the interest of justice, the petitioner may be granted one last opportunity to submit the representation and seeks extension of time period. Considering submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the overall facts and circumstance of the case and on humanitarian consideration, the petitioner is given one last opportunity to submit representation before the respondent no.3 subject to the condition that the plot in question has not been allotted till date. Thus, the petitioner is given ten days period from today to submit representation to the respondent no.3. In case the plot in question has not been allotted till date, the respondent no.3 is directed to decide the representation within two months by a reasoned and speaking order. The application is disposed of accordingly. (ANIL KUMAR UPMAN),J Sudhir Asopa/27
