2 / 3 direct the respondent authorities to release the pending commission amount from April 2022 to Month of June 2025 of the Govt. Faire Price Shop of Village- Jairamnagar I.D. no. 402002017 to the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to consider and decide the pending representation filed by the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 05/12/2018 Govt. Fair Price Shop of Village Jairamnagar, I.D. No.402002017 was attached in the shop of the petitioner by the Respondent No.5 and after attachment, the petitioner was regularly operating the attached shop of Village Jairamnagar till date but the respondent authorities withheld the commission amount/margin amount for the period from April 2020 to June 2025 without assigning any reason and the petitioner has made several representations before the respondent authorities but of no avail. 3.
At this juncture learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to the extent that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 23/12/2024 (Annexure P/3) within a stipulated time frame. 4. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioner. 3 / 3
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the documents with utmost circumspection. 6. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Sub Divisional Officer Masturi, District Bilaspur shall decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23/12/2024 expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 7.
