Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the inaction of respondents in reinstating the petitioner into service even expiry of two years from the date of suspension vide order in C.No.40/P 1/2021 R.O.No.524/2021 dated 10.08.2021 issued by the 3 respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory and contrary to the G.O.Ms. No's.679(General Administration (Services-C) Dept, dated 1.11.2008 and
