It is submitted that no further action has been taken by the respondent authorities and the petitioners are in possession of the properties. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed in terms of the interim order. It is made clear to the respondent authorities that any proposal to acquire or demolish the petitioners’ properties for the purpose of road widening, the due process of law shall be followed.
