Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that vide order dated 23.09.2025, this Court had quashed the FIR in question in the present matter, however, in paragraph no. 4 of the same, it is inadvertently mentioned that the marriage between the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 was solemnized according to Hindu rites and ceremonies instead of Muslim rites and ceremonies. Therefore, he prays that the order dated 23.09.2025 may be modified/rectified to the extent that the marriage between the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 was solemnized according to Muslim rites and ceremonies. 3. The brief facts concerning the present dispute are that the marriage between petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 was solemnized on 12.02.2019, according to Muslim rites and ceremonies. Shortly after their marriage, temperamental differences arose between them.
