The learned Advocate for the respondents states that the evidence of the parties has been over; hence, the Trial Court shall decide the suit within 6 months from today. 3. It is made clear that the observations and the findings recorded by the Courts below in the impugned order shall not influence the Trial Court while deciding the suit on merits.
