Proceedings in the petition have been initiated for non- compliance of the order dated 09.12.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 2694/2021, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for his engagement in accordance with law. 02. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG, has filed the compliance report in which it is submitted that in compliance to the order of this Court, the respondents have passed an order No. GDCB/22/14 dated 27.08.2022 whereby the claim of the petitioner has been considered and found to be without any merit and the same was, according, rejected. 03. In view of the aforesaid, the order of this Court stands complied with, as such, nothing survives for further consideration in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. 2 04. The petitioner is, therefore, at liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 27.08.2022.
