Mr. Y.P.S.Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Case of the petitioner is that his father Sh. Kanshi Ram was appointed as Patwari in the respondent- Revenue Department. He was further promoted to the post of Kanungo. On 23.10.1999, he left for heavenly abode in harness. At the time of his death, petitioner was minor. After attaining the age of majority, petitioner applied for 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 employment assistance on compassionate grounds. Despite repeated representations, his employment assistance case till date has not been considered by the competent authority. 3. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the compassionate employment case of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. Petitioner to also render due cooperation to the respondents by supplying requisite documents, if called for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
