He states that arrears, if any, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2-3 days. 2. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to ensure that arrears, if any, on account of pension shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days.
