When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in the above crime is in progress and there is a proposal from the Police to the Government about transfer of this matter to C.I.D Police and the same is pending consideration. 3. Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition at an appropriate time.
