1. Registry has made a report in compliance to order dated 09.07.2025, whereunder Registry came to be directed to report as to how the writ petition has been entertained by the Jammu Wing instead of Kashmir Wing without obtaining prior permission of Hon’ble the Chief Justice and in the said report after examination of the record, it is being stated that the petition has been inadvertently entertained by the Filing Counter mainly on account of the fault of the counsel for the petitioner who too has made a statement that he tends to withdraw the petition and to file the same before the appropriate forum.
2. Today none appears for the petitioners. Awaiting appearance of learned counsel for the petitioners, adjourned.
3. At this stage, Mr. Satyam Arora, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum.
