By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, kindly issue a direction to the learned Trial Court to ensure that the matter is expeditiously heard, and a final decision is rendered in a stipulated time period as per the law, keeping in view the long pendency of the case. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted in favour of petitioners in the interest of justice.” 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Suit No. 37A/2016 filed by the plaintiff before the learned Second Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for declaration and permanent injunction of the suit land is pending consideration since 23.06.2016. Thus, the petitioner seeks a direction to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 37A/2016 within a stipulated time. 3. Taking into consideration the facts of the present case, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Second 3 Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.) to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 37A/2016 expeditiously. 4.
