For the UOI: AC to ASGI . ------ 04/21.11.2025: Heard the learned counsel for the parties This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of WP(C) No. 3580 of 2023 to its original file, which was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order. Counsel for the petitioners submits that no sooner the writ petition is restored, they will take necessary steps to remove the defects within a period of two weeks. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Consequently, WP(C) No. 3580 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
