With consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner seeks applicability of Vikram Singh Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation preferred by the petitioner on 16.12.2024 (Annexure P-10) has not been 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 CWPOA No. 2343 of 2020, decided alongwith connected matters on 09.11.2023 - 2 - considered and decided by the respondent /competent authority till date. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, he is permitted to prefer a fresh representation to the respondent/Competent Authority for the redressal of his grievances, whereafter, respondent /Competent Authority, be directed to decide the representation in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer. 3. In view of above submissions, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to the respondent /Competent Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, keeping in view the aforesaid decision, within a further period of six weeks.
