The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of respondents in issuing G.O.Ms.No.279 Municipal Administration and Urban Development B2 Deptt dt 31.12.2015 including issuance of tender notice No. DIPR/RO/NO/ 11PP/CL/ADVT/1/1/201618 DT 07.04.2017 published in Andhra Jyothi Daily News Paper dt 08.04.2017 as wholly illegal, arbitrary, unlawfull and without any justification and consequently direct the respondent to set apart/entrust sanitation works to the petitioner societies under 4th respondent as per the Common Judgment of Division Bench in W.A.No.1087 of 2016 and Batch dt
