The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition against the show cause notice dated 20.02.2025 issued by the Respondent No. 3 i.e. District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 2. It reveals from perusal of the writ petition that in response to the aforesaid show cause notice, a reply has already been submitted by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 3 on 11.03.2025, copy of which is appended as Annexure-9 to the writ petition. 3. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the Respondent No. 3, District Magistrate, Prayagraj to take a final decision pursuant to the show cause notice dated 20.02.2025, a reply of which has already been submitted by the petitioner on 11.03.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 5. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, Respondent No. 3 is directed to take a final decision in the matter, strictly in accordance with law on the reply submitted by the petitioner, expeditiously. 6.
