The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Palkot P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17(a), 21(a), 22(a) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla. 3. On 23.09.2025, at about 03:50 P.M., Palkot Police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused Bipin Kumar @ Bipin Kumar Nand from a place near Palkot Bazar, Gumla. On search, 3.19 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of small quantity. It was further submitted that co-accused Bipin Kuamr @ Bipin Kumar Nand has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 10156 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Palkot P.S.
