1. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the First Information Report registered as Crime No.380/2021 at Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 Police Station Chakradhar Nagar Raigarh (C.G.) (Annexure P-1) and further be pleased to quash/set-aside the further proceedings drawn consequent to registration of the subject First information Report, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no offence is made out against the petitioners as alleged and the FIR has been registered against the petitioners without any enquiry or investigation. The complainant has not disclosed correct facts before the police authorities. It is a case of civil nature and no offence is made out. Therefore, the petition may be allowed and the FIR may be quashed.
3. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has submitted that in the present case after completion of the investigation charge sheet has been filed before the concerned trial Court.
4. We have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the prayer and pleadings made in the petition.
5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the fact that investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed, we do not find any ground to interfere in the matter and quash the FIR.
6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if so advised.
