By filing this writ petition the petitioner is praying to prepare a seniority list of the cadre in which the petitioner was appointed/absorbed. Now admittedly the petitioner has superannuated. Preparing a seniority list will be of no benefit to the petitioner as he is the superannuated employee. Seniority list is prepared amongst the persons who are in service. 3. In view of the relief sought for by the petitioner and the fact 2025:JHHC:35542 2 that he has superannuated in the year 2015 and has approached this Court after 10 years of superannuation, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.
