This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing of the show cause notice dated 22.3.2025 issued by respondent no.2. 3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner has approached this Court at pre-mature stage. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no copy of the complaint has been provided to the petitioner. 5. In light of the same, respondent authorities are directed to provide copy of the complaint to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner with regard to the show cause notice.
