In the other appeals, the delay in filing them was condoned earlier, the appeals formally admitted and paper-books already prepared and filed. Thus, those appeals are ready for hearing. There is similar delay in filing the appeals against serial numbers 1 and 2. Considering the fact that delay in the connected appeals have been condoned, common issues are involved and the grounds for the delay in the present two appeals are the same, we condone the delay in filing these appeals, as well. Thus, MC (WA) No.10 of 2025 and MC (WA) No.11 of 2025 are allowed. The appeals are formally admitted. Paper-books already filed will be treated as paper-books in these appeals also.
