This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief : 10.1 Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire record in respect of case of petitioner; 10.2 Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authority to release the G.P.F. amount to the petitioner with 18% interest; 10.3 any other relief may also be granted to the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Sub- Engineer on 11/03/1987 with the respondents. He retired on 28/02/2022 on attaining the age of superannuation. He submits that G.P.F. amount was been credited in his GPF account from time to time and certain withdrawal was also made by the petitioner from his GPF account. He submits that the petitioner was only paid Rs.94,553/- as his GPF amount after his retirement whereas the passbook maintained by the State Government as well as the Accountant General, double entries of Rs.2,26,000/- as withdrawal is being made. He further submits there is many discrepancies in the GPF passbook of the petitioner. Thus, this writ petition for claiming above stated claim has been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and respondent No.5 would consider the grievance of the petitioner with coordination amongst others and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to some more amount that would be paid to him in accordance with law. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and peruse the record. 5. Be that as it may, for the present count this writ petition has disposed of permitting the petitioner to make representation with regard to his grievances as projected in this writ petition to respondent No.2 and 4 . The same shall be adhere to and redressed by the respondent in accordance with law after having a detailed enquiry with regard to credit and debit entry made in the GPF account of the petitioner. This exercise may be done within a period of 60 days from the date of copy of receipt of the order by the respondents. On such representation having been made, the respondents shall decide the same within further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation of the respondents in accordance with law. If any adverse decision is taken by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again 6. With these observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
