The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 277/2025 arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 178/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 117(2), 324(4), 3(5), 109 & 118(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2)/190, 115(2)/190, 352/190, 117(2)/190, 324(4)/190, 109/190 & 118(2)/190 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Bokaro. 3. 31.5.2025 at about 8:30 P.M., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons came to petrol pump of the informant and started abusing brother of the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Sanjay Tiwari assaulted brother of the informant causing him head injury. It is also alleged that co- accused persons namely Dhanraj Tiwari, Sanjay Tiwari, Ajay Tiwari, Pappu Tiwari, Bhola Tiwari and Banke Tiwari assaulted father of the informant. 4. It was submitted that as far as petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation of assault against him. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
