1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer:
“ It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:
1. Quash the complaint filed by the respondent/complainant.
2. Set aside the order dated 29/08/2018 passed by the learned JMFC, Durg in Regular Criminal Case no. 33572/2018 registering the criminal complaint.
3. Set aside the order dated 30/05/2019 by which RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 cognizance of the case has been taken by the learned JMFC, Durg against the petitioner.
4. And further quash the entire criminal proceedings arising out of the Regular Criminal Case no. 33572/2018 against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of the Court regarding the disposal of Regular Criminal Case No. 33572/2018, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 24.11.2022.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
