The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 27.03.2012 whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension pending enquiry and conclusion of disciplinary proceedings. 3. The respondents, in their counter, submit that the petitioner was placed under suspension as he was involved in misappropriating funds relating to the construction of houses for the weaker section and that the passing of proceedings basing the employee who is facing allegation under suspension pending proceedings is in accordance with Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 8 of AP Civil Services Rules (CCA) 1981. 3. This Court vide order dated 09.04.2012 declined to grant any interim order recording that the petitioner was alleged to have misappropriated an amount of Rs.1,46,49,014/-. 4. The writ petition was filed in the year 2012 challenging the suspension proceedings pending enquiry and now the enquiry has also been completed. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
