Being aggrieved by the order of the Director Consolidation dated 22.11.2010, this writ application has been Patna High Court CWJC No.1198 of 2011(12) dt.18-03-2025 3/3 filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 22.11.2010 passed in Consolidation Revision No. 116 of 2008 and 278 of 2009 by Respondent No.1 as contained in Annexure-4 allowing the revision and setting aside the order dated 28.03.2008 by the Deputy Director, Rohtas (respondent No. 2) passed in Appeal No. 18 of 2006-07 and order dated 20.11.2006 in Case No. 25 of 2006-07 by Respondent No.3 and (ii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to forebear from giving effect to the impugned order and interdicting them from interfering with the right, title, interest and exclusive possession of the petitioners over the land in question (iii) and for grant of such relief/s as the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. The alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. 4. The petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse of the alternative remedy. 5.
