Case No. 99 of 2025, Special POCSO Case No.83 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 352 & 64(2)(f) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4(2), 5(1) and 5(n) of POCSO Act and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Section 71 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 6 read with Section 5(1) of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of Sri Kamlesh Kumar Shukla, learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dhanbad. Petitioner happens to be the father of the victim. It is alleged that petitioner was intermittently raping her daughter, who is aged about 13 years. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
