The relief sought in the Interim Application is to set aside the conditional order dated 14th October, 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which conditional order was passed by directing removal of office objections within a period of 4 weeks, failing which registration of the Second Appeal was directed to be refused. 2. Mr. Bhargude, learned Counsel states that when the Second Appeal was dismissed, the same was at the pre-admission stage. Although, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 i.e. Contesting Respondent strongly opposes the Interim Application, however, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that the Vaibhav Page No. 1 915-IA-7924-2024.doc office objections will be removed within a period of 8 weeks from today. 3.
