The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bolba P.S. Case No. 09/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) & 311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega. 3. On 09.06.2025 at about 1.30 A.M., dacoity was committed in Samsera Church, Bolba. Unknown dacoits looted about rupees five lakhs from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Vikash Kerketta @ Bikash Kerketta has been granted bail earlier by this Court vide B.A. No. 8992/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega in connection with Bolba P.S.
