The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order/notice dated 02.03.2022 whereby the petitioner is ordered to retire.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner passed away on 05.09.2022 and his son was granted compassionate appointment.
3.
In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the instant petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application within three months from today if cause survives.
