Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Distribution Divison-II, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd., Buxipur, Gorakhpur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated February 22, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Distribution Divison-II, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd., Buxipur, Gorakhpur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated February 22, 2025 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
