Learned State counsel has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now the case is fixed for defence evidence. He submits that the trial is virtually at the fag end. 3. Thus, keeping in view the stage of the trial which is at the fag end, this Court refrains itself from commenting anything on the merits of the case. However, learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. Disposed of accordingly.
