The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 261 of 2025, for the offence under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma. On 17.08.2025, the motorcycle of the informant parked near C. H. High School, JMT, Rajgaria Road was stolen by unknown persons. Later on, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that the chargesheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
