2/19.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jari P.S. Case No.-21/2025, registered U/s-69,89,318(2), 351(2) of BNS, pending before the learned court of SDJM at Gumla.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relationship between the petitioner and the informant was since 2011 and that was continued up to 25th August 2025 and the FIR has been lodged on 07.11.2025. He submits that what has happened that was consensual in nature and the false allegations are made that the relationship was made on the false pretext of marriage.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of establishing of relationship on false pretext of marriage.
5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that in the FIR itself, it is stated that relationship was established in the year 2011 and thereafter they were met regularly and in between, several times relationship was established and the FIR was lodged on

07.11.2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM at Gumla in connection with Jari P.S. Case No.-21/2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
