Sri.K.R.Ganesh – learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the afore submission was in error and that the issues in the writ petition are different from that was considered in the afore said judgment. 3. Sri.Surin George Ipe – learned Standing Counsel for the respondent – University, did not oppose the afore submissions.
