Civil Writ Petition No.17677/2023 which was [2025:RJ-JP:45529] (2 of 2) [WRES-520/2025] dismissed on 22.03.2024 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 28.02.2024. Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the applicant/petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the same. Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.
