1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“(10.1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased direct the respondent to allow petitioner to make a correction in PWD category of their application form. (10.2) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased direct the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner. (10.3) Grant any other writ(s), order(s), relief(s) in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of at this stage by giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation before respondents No. 2 & 3 raising all grounds which he raised in this writ petition and respondents No.2 & 3 may also be directed to consider and decide the same and for this purpose an outer limit may also be fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsels for the respondents not oppose the above
3 limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard counsel for the parties and perused record. 5.
Considering the facts of the case and submission made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage by giving liberty to petitioner to make representation before respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of two weeks along with copy of this writ petition and on submission of such representation respondents No. 2 & 3 are also directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of such representation in accordance with relevant rules and regulations. 6.
