In this matter, by way of ad-interim relief, the Investigating Officer was directed not to submit charge-sheet against the Petitioners. Today, we have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. The investigation has not culminated in filing of the charge-sheet because of the ad-interim relief. After hearing the Petitioners, we showed our disinclination to grant relief at this stage.
