Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that though the Divisional Level Rationalization Committee has passed the order on 01.07.2025 on the representation made by the petitioner, however, petitioner wants to raise his grievance before the State Level Rationalization Committee
Wps 9003 of 2025 2 headed by the Director, Public Instructions, which has been constituted by notification dated 08.07.2025 by the State Government, and therefore, present petition may be disposed of at this stage, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner.

The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner are not opposed by the learned State counsel, and it is submitted that if the petitioner makes such representation before the State level Committee, authority concerned may be directed to decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, present stands disposed of at this stage, reserving liberty to the petitioner, that he shall move a detailed representation within two weeks from today, before the State level Rationalization Committee, raising all his grievance, and the said Committee is directed to take decision on the representation made by the petitioner within further period of four weeks from the date of its receipt in accordance with law, and applicable Rules and Circulars, without influencing the order passed by the Divisional Committee, and also shall pass a reasoned
order, in accordance with law, in an objective manner.
