The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.18/2025 registered at Police Station Special Police Station-SOG, District-ATS & SOG for offences under Sections 420 and 120B of IPC and Sections 2(F)(ii), 3, 4, 6 and 10 of Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner's name is not mentioned in the FIR nor she has any connection with the alleged offence mentioned in the FIR. In the [2025:RJ-JP:40877] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-12682/2025] similar situated case, the co-accused-Vaidehi Meena, Roshan Bangarva, Gopal and Omprakash have been enlarged on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 23.09.2025 and another co- accused-Sumer Bishnoi has been enlarged on bail by this Court on 30.07.2025. Petitioner is behind the bars since 12.07.2025. Charge-sheet has been filed. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence on the ground of parity, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case, especially in view of the fact that the similar situated persons have been enlarged on bail by this Court and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner-Padma D/o Shri Bhagirath Ram W/o Shri Krishna Kumar shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for her appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
