Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rehla P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103, 238, 3(5), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, namely, Archna Devi, who allegedly hanged herself. 4. The statement of the witnesses has been recorded in the case diary, from which, it appears that the victim has committed suicide due to dispute with the petitioner. This fact has also been stated by the daughter of the parties. Her statement has been recorded in paragraph-8 of the case diary. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Rehla P.S.
