Application No. 708 of 2025 filed by the respondent no. 2. No reply has been filed to the said application. 5. By the said application, respondent no. 2 has filed a settlement agreement which was reached between the parties before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. As per Clause-5 of the said agreement, which was reached between the parties on 30.05.2024 before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, it was agreed between the parties to withdraw all the cases filed against each other before the Courts in India and the details of the said cases have been referred in Clause-5 of the said agreement 30.05.2024. 6. In para 7 (vi) of the Misc. Application No. 708 of 2025, present Criminal Revision No. 141 of 2020 is also mentioned. 7. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the said direction was issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court upon the 2025:UHC:6811 agreement reached between the parties and the same has not been complied with. The Counsel for the revisionist submits that the respondent no. 2 has not withdraw the cases filed by him. However, after arguing at some length, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present Criminal Revision No. 141 of 2020 be permitted to withdraw in terms of the agreement reached between the parties before the Hon’ble Supreme Court Mediation Centre. 8.
