JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The challenge in the case at hand is to the order of suspension. 2. During the subsistence of the subject petition, the learned counsel Sri.Prashant Hosmani representing the respondent-Corporation submit that the order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioner is directed to report to duties to a different place. 3. Owing to the subsistence of the present petition, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has not joined to the said place. 4. In the light of the revocation of suspension, nothing survives for further consideration in the case at hand. Therefore, the petition is disposed as having become infructuous. 5. In the event, the petitioner has delayed in joining to the transferred place, no precipitative action - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3430 WP No. 100922 of 2025 should be taken against him, as the petition is pending consideration at the hands of this Court.
