The petitioner is seeking relief in respect of appointment from the Postal Department.

Since the relief sought for is against the Postal Department, where in matters in relation to service disputes, the appropriate alternative Forum is the Central Administrative Tribunal (C.A.T.), I am not entertaining this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Thus, the petitioner, if so advised may approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, for the relief sought by her.
