No. 187/2019 registered at Arakshi Kendra-Bodhghat for offence U/S 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code and entire criminal proceedings pending before Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bastar District Jagdalpur (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 2136/2021, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the learned trial Court and the evidence of the witnesses are being recorded, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
