P.C. : 1) Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file Appeal before the Sub-Divisional Officer, challenging the order dated 30 April 1971 passed by the Agricultural Lands Tribunal, fixing purchase price of the land under provisions of the Section 32G of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.
