GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING (AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2bd respondent university in retiring the petitioner from service as Deputy Registrar on 10.6.2016 in contrary to 2 the orders passed by the Honble Court in WP MP No. 12839/2016 in WP No.10184/2016 dated 2.3.2016 and action of the respondents in not paying arrears of salary annual increment surrender leave with effect from 1.7.2016 to 1.9.2017 is illegal and arbitrary in contrary to the orders passed by the Honble Supreme Court dated 9.8.2017 in SLP No 13623/2017 and batch and consequently direct the 2nd respondent university to pay the salary from 1.7.2016 to 31.8.2017 with all attendant benefits such as annual increments earned leave and fix the pension and other retirement benefits by treating the services of the petitioner as continuous till he attains age of superannuation of 60 years and to pass...” 2. On 11.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, none appeared for the petitioner despite the matter being posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 3. Sri C.Upendra, learned counsel representing Smt.T.V.Sridevi, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.NTR Health University submits that the petitioner was retired from service on 30.06.2018 on attaining the age of 60 years. To that effect, the proceeding issued by respondent No.2, vide No.1488/MII/2014, dated 04.12.2018, is placed before this Court as part of record. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
