Learned counsel for the appellant, in both the appeals, after some argument, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these appeals with a liberty to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum for getting the declaration over the title of the disputed land in question by raising all the points. 6. Considering the same, the instant appeals stand disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. 7. In consequence thereof, pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
