Tapin, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh appearing for the respondents. Page No.# 3/3 The petitioner in the present writ petition has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to release to him his salaries for the periods he was placed under suspension vide order dated 29-10-2022. The petitioner had remained under suspension w.e.f. 29-10- 2022 to 09-11-2023, where-after, in pursuance to a direction passed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 09-11-2023 in W.P.(C) No. 389/2023, the petitioner was reinstated in his service. After the reinstatement of the petitioner in his service, a Departmental Proceeding not having been instituted against the petitioner, the petitioner had instituted the present writ petition. Mr. S. Tapin, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh, on instruction, has submitted that the salary for the period of suspension undergone by the petitioner has already been computed and released to him after deducting the subsistence allowance drawn by him in the matter, Mr. Koyu, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position. In view of the fact that the relief prayed by the petitioner in the present writ petition having already been granted to him no live issue remains for adjudication. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed on being rendered infructuous. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
